Does It Cost Extra?
NO!!! It doesn’t cost you a thing to use a Disney Travel Agent! The commissions that are paid to any travel agent, Disney or otherwise are already included in the price you will pay whether you use a travel agent or not. My service is completely free to you and includes as much or as little planning as you want. As little as just simply booking the trip all the way up to booking your Lightning Lanes and Virtual Queues each day and everything in between!
Pricing and Discounts
Obviously the first thing you will do on any trip is price out your options. This can be so time consuming and tedious. When you use a travel agent, like me, you will let me know what options you would like to see within what kind of budget/dates and get a quote that looks like the one above with your options. you don’t have to go in and do all of the work to price it all out and look for discounts, you just get one, at a glance and go from there. As a Disney certified travel agent, I have access to the most current discounts and usually know what’s coming before you do! And if a discount comes available after you have booked, I can adjust your reservation to include that new discount. Long story short here, I will get you the best deal and stay on top of any new discounts that come available.
Planning
We all know that planning a Disney vacation can be A LOT! Dining reservations, experience reservations, Genie+, Lightning Lanes, Virtual Queues, the list goes on! Some people live for this and love the rush of adrenaline you get waking up at 6:30am or staying up till midnight to be first in line for all of this. Chances are if you’re one of those people you are a Disney vacation planner like me! For others this is just so stressful and can take the fun out of your Disney vacation.
Thats when you call me in! All vacation planners are different but with me you get it all! I will get a list from you on your dining preferences, ride must do’s and anything else you want to do! I will make sure your reservations get made, your Lightning Lanes get booked and your Virtual Queues are joined. Of course there are never guarantees on these things as you never know what’s going to happen with those things. But I will be logged on and ready to book what you are wanting at all the right times so you don’t have to! And once your vacation is booked, I will make sure your reservation details, park tickets and park reservations are all set in your My Disney Experience app.
Extras
Another perk to working with me is that I live 20 minutes from Disney World and always know what’s going on! Since moving here I have tried to really explore the stuff that you don’t usually know about or see when you are on a typical vacation. So how does this help you? Well, this allows me to recommend things you may have never known even existed in the parks! Maybe your family really loves Star Wars and I can let you know that a new release of merchandise, a new food item or a new character interaction will be starting while you are here and where you need to be when to experience it. Or maybe you have kids that really love arts and crafts experiences and I can let you know what resort or park is having a really cool experience like that during your vacation.

While You Are Here
Not all Disney Travel Agents do this, but I feel like it’s part of my job planning your trip for you. While you are here I will be on call and ready to book your Genie+ if you choose to do that, so you don’t have to be ready at midnight to purchase that every night. I will also go off of your preferred list of rides and knowledge of what sells out first and book your Lightning Lanes for you each day of your trip if you want me too. Some people like to have control of that themselves and in that case I will make you a detailed list of the best way to get the most out of the Genie+ system.
My goal is to make your trip as easy and magical as possible for you and your family, without you having to be on your phone all day! You will have to stay in contact with me somewhat so that I know when you have checked in for an experience and are ready for the next one to be booked but otherwise you will just enjoy the parks and your day!
Conclusion
Of course I can’t make any promises that you will get on every ride you want to without having to wait in line or get you to the front of every line. BUT, I can promise you that I will do everything I can to make sure you have the most magical and simple trip possible from booking to checking out!!
