No matter what your favorite season is, Fall in Magic Kingdom is something everyone loves! The Mickey pumpkins go up, there are jack-o-lanterns everywhere, fall garlands on Main Street USA and just all the fall magic! That being said, even though it looks like hoodies and sweaters it definitely does not feel like that here! It has been the hottest it’s been all year the past week. Feels more like you might have fallen into the 5th ring of hell! Hahahaha! But that didn’t stop me from going to get all the pictures to share with all of you today! Let’s go!

Main Street USA
My most favorite thing is entering the Magic Kingdom and stepping into Main Street USA during fall time! You will find Mickey Pumpkin wreaths on all the light posts and garlands on all the buildings. I love that it’s meant to look like Halloween in a small town. All the jack-o-lanterns sitting on the ledges of the buildings are so cute and they are all slightly different like they were carved.

You will also find Pumpkin Scarecrows that are dressed like different cast members working on Main Street! Theres a baseball player for Casey’s Corner, A drummer from the Main Street Band, a sweets maker from the Confectionary and more! I love these, they are so cool and I wish I could have them my yard.

There are big jack-o-lanterns stacked up at the entrance grinning at you as you walk in and even some smaller ones telling you see ya real soon when you leave!

The Mickey Pumpkins, jack-o-lanterns and garlands go all the way up Main Street USA to the hub in from of the castle. Last year they replaced some of the Mickey Pumpkin wreaths with one that had Cinderella’s golden carriage in the center, personally I’m happy to have all the Mickey wreaths back.

Photo Ops
It wouldn’t be a thing at Disney without some photo ops! There are these really cool walk in photo frames in three different places in Magic Kingdom. The Sleepy Hollow one is located at the hub by the Plaza Restaurant, 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea is in Adventureland next to the Swiss Family Treehouse and there will be one more that hasn’t gone up yet in Tomorrowland where Stitch’s Great Escape used to be.

I really love these because they are different than just getting your families picture in front of the castle or other park icons and really get you into the fun, pun intended! Hahaha! They are also really cool at night because they are lit up and sometimes have cool lighting effects on them. I don’t remember these being in Magic Kingdom last year, I remember the Christmas ones but not these. Were you here last year and saw them and I’m just crazy or are they new this year??

There are also photo ops outside the gate in front of the train station and right across from the train on the inside. These are really cool because they have the big pumpkins in the pictures with you! You’ll know when you look back you were there at fall/Halloween time for sure.

Merchandise
Just like the photo ops, it’s not an occasion in Disney without tons of merchandise to go with it! And the fall and Halloween season doesn’t disappoint. There are sooooo many things to buy, and I want them all!! I tried to win the billion dollar lottery so I could get it all but didn’t even match one number. Oh Well!

Of course you can find these items all over the park but the biggest display and variety I saw today was at the Emporium on Main Street. The entire middle section is nothing but Halloween, fall and Nightmare Before Christmas stuff!

You can find these items outside the Magic Kingdom as well. In the other parks, Disney Springs at World of Disney and even at the resorts! I got to walk through the Contemporary today and do a little window shopping, they even had cool stuff on the windows of the store.

Food
Again, we all know Disney World loves it’s themed food to go with all the occasions! Although there really isn’t anything out right now besides the Haunted Mansion push pop I talked about last week, there will be soon! You can go back and read my Halfway to Halloween post to get a sneak peek of all the fun stuff coming to the parks!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
I am so excited for the Halloween party this year! This is a separately ticketed event held in Magic Kingdom on select nights from August through October. I’m not going to go into a lot of details here because we are going to the party for the first time in 14 years next Friday!! So I’ll be writing all about that the next week for you, I can’t wait! But the short version is that you can Trick or Treat in Magic Kingdom, meet rare characters, see a special parade, stage show and fireworks show exclusive to the party and of course get food and merchandise exclusive to the party! I can’t wait to share it all with you two weeks from now!

Conclusion
I have always loved fall and Halloween is my ultimate favorite! I love the colors and pumpkins and all the not so scary things. I don’t really get into the real horror stuff but I love all things Halloween. So when the pumpkins go up in Magic Kingdom my heart starts to pitter patter. we have already watched Halloweentown at my house and will probably be putting up fall and halloween decorations in the next week. I know it’s crazy and a lot of you are probably holding on to the last bit of summer but I’m ready for change, ready for it to cool off and was ready for my kids to go to school today! Hahaha! If you want to plan a last minute trip to Magic Kingdom and maybe even go to the Halloween party, let me know I can do it all for quickly and easily! And remember it never costs you anything to use a travel agent for your Disney trip! You can go to here to get a free quote, just but me as your agent!
As always, thank you so much for being here and reading my ramblings! This was definitely a fun one to write about for me and to go get all the pictures for! I hope you enjoyed it and have the most magical day!
