There are so many fun things happening in 2026 in Walt Disney World! From EPCOT festival dates to ride openings, Disney has announced it all this week. It’s going to be the first of many exciting years in Disney World and I am ready for it!
EPCOT Festivals
We already had dates for Festival of the Arts, January 16 – February 23. I love this festival so much and can’t wait for all the art work! We also got dates for my most favorite festival, Flower and Garden Festival! March 4 – June 1st will be Orange birds time to shine and I cannot wait! We did not get dates yet but Disney did announce that Food and Wine Festival and Festival of the Holidays will be returning in 2026.
New In 2026 In Walt Disney World
All throughout the parks and properties owe have some fun new things coming for 2026 in Walt Disney World! Over in Disney Springs the new Level 99 will be opening. No date announced yet but they are working on it now! Over in EPCOT the Frozen Ever After animatronics are getting an update in February. EPCOT is also going to see Soarin Across America in the summer of 2026. Magic Kingdom will see the reopening of Thunder Mountain and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin in the spring of 2026….finally!
Hollywood Studio’s is also in the mix with new Mandolorian and Grogu adventures on the Millennium Falcon, the Muppets takeover of Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live and the Magic of Disney Animation all set to happen in the summer of 2026! In Animal Kingdom we will get to meet Bluey and Bingo at Conservation Station next summer!
Deals, Perks & Parties
Disney has also announced some fun deals, perks and the return of the holiday parties for 2026 in Walt Disney World. The free kids dining offer will run the whole year and the free water park day with resort stay will return in the summer. Disney After Hours will kick off in the Spring and H2O Glow nights in the summer! Cool Kids Summer will be back in all the parks in the summer of 2026 as well, this was so much fun! Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights will all be back over the holidays for 2026.

It’s. going to be a fun 2026 in Walt Disney World for sure! Lots of things to look forward to, even the Savannah Bananas will be playing at the ESPN Wide World of Sports May 29-30, that will be so much fun!
